Although universally accepted as a right, not many children are gaining an education in Haiti. Due to the structural difficulties often experienced by poor families, children often have to forgo education. Low-income families simply could not afford to keep their children in school. Due to this problem, a lot of children remain stuck in the cycle of poverty, unable to find better employment opportunities when they get older.
In the work we do, we aim to end this cycle of poverty by making education free for all. By educating children, we hope to give them a better chance of improving their conditions.
